Lunch

1) Steam cooked veggies
2) Mashed Rice with sambar
3) Fruits & green boiled vegetables
4) Vegetable oats khichidi
5) Curd rice with rajma

Afternoon

Timing: – 5:00pm to 5:30pm(One of the following)
1) Cheese piece
2) Almond milk
3) Carrot milkshake
4) Fruit yogurt
5) Whole wheat cereal

Dinner
